This is actually quite a fascinating speech rhetorically and heavily illuminates the way in which completely opposing view points can be made to seem equally reasonable. It's a thin line to between building a world community based upon trust and diplomacy and building one based upon superior weapons technology. Let's hope he treads it carefully.
