That's been around for a while on wimp.com. It's a great bit of video, and illustrates how nukes can be used for incredibly destructive effects with minimal radioactive fallout - just detonate the thing 2 miles up. The bit about how the USSR needed big bombs because they lacked accurate missile targeting is interesting.

this particular bomb was to large (mass) for practical use. the range of the aircraft was too small with this payload, not to mention how slowly the plane flew. wikipedia has a great article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsar_bomba
